Cancellation Policy All cancellation requests must be made either by email or text message. More than 14 days – Full deposit refunded excluding transaction fees and less $30 Admin Fee per booking, 14 days to 7 days – 50% of total invoice amount refunded excluding transaction fees Less than 7 days – No refund If the passenger is not available or unreachable after 10 minutes, the booking will be cancelled with no refund. Note : Transfer Cancellation By Driver​ The driver has the right to refuse a transfer or end a transfer at any time during the trip if they feel threatened/unsafe or if they feel that the vehicle may be damaged through passengers behaviour.
