Payments
Full payment is required in advance to confirm your booking.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
Surcharges

Surcharges apply for:

$30.00 Pickups between 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM

$40.00 Public holidays

A fee of $250.00 will be applicable if the vehicle is soiled due to the event of food/drink spills or sickness causing loss of business while the vehicle is being cleaned/detailed.

All card payments will incur an additional charge of 2.2% for processing. Cash is accepted.

Last minute changes to bookings, After invoicing and payment received, including earlier/later pick up times will incur an additional fee (Excludes changes from flight delays or early arrivals)

Luggage

This quote is for 1 large standard check-in luggage + 1 carry-on per person. Any additional luggage, charges may apply. Please contact us for assistance.

Passengers are responsible for their luggage and personal items.

Excess or oversized luggage (e.g. surfboards, bikes, ski bags, golf bags) may incur additional fees or be declined.

We recommend arranging travel insurance for valuables.
Contact Details
Please provide a valid mobile number when booking so we can contact you when you land in Cairns.
Keep your phone switched on upon arrival and let the driver know once you’ve collected your luggage.
If you can’t see the driver, call the number in your booking confirmation.
Insurance
We recommend all customers have travel insurance, as flight delays and cancellations are common.
Flight Details
Your booking is based on the flight details you provide.
Please double-check your flight number, arrival/departure time, and landing time before sending them to us.
If your flight changes or is delayed, let us know as soon as possible.

Same-Day Bookings
For same-day transfers, please call us directly. We’ll do our best to assist.
Waiting Time Charges
Home / Hotel / Private Address:

First 10 minutes are free.
-
After that, $95/hour (charged in 15-minute increments, GST inclusive).
Airports:
-
We monitor all flights in real time, and no waiting charges apply for flight delays.

Passengers must be ready for immediate departure.
-
Additional fees may apply for delays caused by meal consumption, shopping, or currency exchange.
International Terminals:
-
60 minutes of complimentary waiting from flight landing.
-
After 60 minutes, $1.50 per minute applies.
Domestic Terminals:
-
30 minutes included.
-
After 30 minutes, $1.50 per minute applies.
Multiple Flights:

Additional waiting and parking charges may apply if one of multiple arriving flights is delayed.
Stops & Route Changes

All pick-up and drop-off locations, including planned stops, must be advised at the time of booking.

Consider any requirements such as key collection or returns.

Unscheduled or imprompt stops are at the chauffeur’s discretion and will incur a fee of $30 per 15 minutes.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be made either by email or text message.

More than 48 hrs notice: Full refund

Between 48–24 hrs: 25% cancellation fee

Less than 24 hrs: No refund

If the passenger is not available or unreachable after 10 minutes, the booking will be cancelled with no refund.
Note : Transfer Cancellation By Driver
The driver has the right to refuse a transfer or end a transfer at any time during the trip if they feel threatened/unsafe or if they feel that the vehicle may be damaged through passengers behaviour.
Delays & Punctuality
Please be ready 10 minutes before pickup time.
Our driver will wait a maximum of 10 minutes after the scheduled time.
If you’re delayed, call us immediately.
Safety
All drivers are licensed, police-checked, and professionally trained.
Vehicles are regularly inspected and maintained for your safety.
Damage or Loss
We are not responsible for lost or damaged belongings.
Please don’t leave valuables in the vehicle.
Inform us about your luggage size when booking to ensure the correct vehicle is provided.
Children must be safely restrained at all times.
Strictly prohibited: smoking, alcohol, drugs, and littering.
Food & Drinks
Only bottled water is allowed in the vehicle (as per QLD Transport Regulations).
Spills or damage may incur cleaning fees of $250 AUD.
Privacy
Your personal information is kept secure and used only to manage your booking and communication.
We do not sell, rent, or share your details with third parties.
